We worked with Edith for about a year before finally buying our house. As first time home buyers, we have little knowledge of the real estate market before working with Edith, and that's one of the reasons why our search was long and extensive. “They say that moving and a job change are two of the most stressful situations to handle in life. Having both happen at once only intensifies the feelings. Add to that finding out that you have to switch Realtors a few days before you wanted to list, that there are four children at home, and that the spouse will have to be living six hours away during most of the process, and it becomes almost untenable.
